Big: An Unfortunate Re-imagining - Bruce Simpson (Country: Canada) Remember that movie Big? Ok, you know how there's that part where the kid makes a wish at the fair ground attraction to be bigger? Imagine if that wish came true, but it didn't translate to height. Got it? Good. Bruce Simpson's hilarious 1-minute short (made for a previous 69 hour film challenge) is simply that gag, but it's a good one and the animation style pitched somewhere between South Park and School House Rock suits it well. Good for a laugh as intended (the writing credit is amusingly "gag by").
